So sorry that you lost Eric ...it's very sad  no

We lost a lovebird very suddenly like that and it very hard.  Will be saying a little prayer for sweet Eric

Still really upset and tearful Sad

Thank you, that's sweet of you.

We're hoping to get Monty a budgie friend soon as don't want him to be all alone if we go out. Him and Eric were such great friends, hopefully he can make friends again with a new one.  Not a replacement for Eric but will be some comfort to Monty hopefully.

Both Monty and I are still a bit down.

Took Monty to the vets to make sure he's okay today. The vet said he might be a bit constipated (and he has a very small vent?!)and that I should try and feed him pellets rather than seed for more nutrition.

He hated being caught and going to the vets he made such a sound!

Poor little mite Sad

Thank you.

Monty was getting a bit depressed and lonely. We got another couple of budgies today from a breeder (they are not in the same cage as monty yet of course!)

as soon as he heard them he perked up.
